Lisha Bustos founded Sazón with the belief that food is more than a meal. It is a way to share stories, culture, and memories. Inspired by her family’s Mexican roots, the flavors of Southern Colorado, and her travels throughout Latin America, Lisha created Sazón to bring people together through authentic, emotionally connected dining experiences.

What began as an unexpected leap into the restaurant industry has grown into a beloved Lone Tree destination known for bold Latin flavors, warm hospitality, and a menu inspired by Mexican and Latin American traditions. From traditional family influences like her Papa's menudo recipe to dishes that explore flavors from across Latin America, every part of Sazón reflects Lisha’s passion for culture, connection, and community.
